Description
This command let you remove one or more year(s) from calendar file.
Template file is XF17. You may use your own calendar file by duplicating XF17
and using override command.
Starting year (4,0) -> First year to add, between 1900 and 2099
Ending year (4,0) -> Last year to add, between 1900 and 2099 or *ONLY
